JUDICIAL ERROR AND STATE LIABILITY
Participation in landmark litigation that led the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation to formally recognize the constitutional right to seek compensation from the State for judicial error.
CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT OF REPLY
Successful representation in Mexico’s first constitutional right of reply case, acting for then-presidential candidate Ricardo Anaya against El Universal.
