Our History
Fourteen Years of Institutional Vision.

Founded in 2012, Regalado & Galindo Abogados was established with the vision of building a Mexican law firm with international standards, combining a strong litigation and arbitration practice with highly specialized capabilities in intellectual property, regulatory law and constitutional litigation. Over the past fourteen years, the firm has represented clients in matters of significant legal and institutional importance before local and federal courts, as well as arbitral tribunals, including litigation that has contributed to the development of constitutional precedent in Mexico.
The firm’s experience spans civil and commercial disputes, arbitration, intellectual property litigation and strategic matters involving state liability, regulatory law, human rights and freedom of expression. Among its most significant matters is litigation that led the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation to recognize the constitutional right to seek compensation from the State for judicial error.
Supported by a multidisciplinary team of more than forty professionals, the firm combines the responsiveness of a boutique practice with the technical capabilities, strategic vision and institutional strength required to resolve complex disputes.
