A graduate of Universidad Panamericana, he completed specialized studies in intellectual property and international litigation at the Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) in Germany and Kyushu University in Japan. His practice is distinguished by a strategic approach and deep technical expertise, representing clients in sophisticated matters before the federal courts and the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation.

AMPARO 962/2021 & ARTICLE 151 OF THE INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY LAW
Participation in the only private intellectual property dispute heard by the Full Court of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation in decades, successfully upholding the constitutionality of Article 151 of the Industrial Property Law.
CBD COMMERCIALIZATION
